Remember, all our products are locally picked in the strictest respect for their environment and regeneration needs. We will cater to you specific needs if looking for any particular species. To learn more about wild mushrooms and how to identify them, join the Mycologues amateurs de l'Outaouais.
May Morel (morchella conica and esculenta), Thimble cap (Verpa bohemica)
June-July Common Chanterelle, Lobster mushroom (from July to mid-September), and with some luck Chicken-of-the-Woods (Sulphur Shelf)! Yellow Foot Chanterelle (until snowfall), Pine mushroom (Matsutake), Hawk Wing (Turtle mushroom), Bear's head fungi, Coral mushroom, King Bolete (Porcini or Cèpe de Bordeaux), boletes, and many others depending on the season (fairy ring mushroom, parasol mushroom, man on horseback, etc...)
October-November Depending on the season : Black trumpets and other Chanterelles (Yellow-foot and flame coloured Chanterelle) |
